Eat: Your body is a machine that you must feed at least five to eight times a day. That’s every two to four hours. Here’s the kicker. The more you eat, the better your machine runs. There’s one rule to keep in mind, however. Don’t stuff your face full of sweets and fat.
While building lean muscle mass, it is recommended to follow a meal plan filled with NUTRITIONAL FOODS such as protein, healthy fats, fresh fruits, and veggies. Foods like egg whites, peanut butter, chicken, oatmeal, almonds, and avocado are always excellent choices.
Weight Training: Weight training is an essential step in losing that extra weight and building a lean, toned physique. So get your butt to the gym to train at least three to six days a week! That keeps your body in an anabolic mode which helps you stay lean and toned all year around! That’s if you follow rule one.
